Here in Las Vegas we are blacked out for Arizona, SD, LAA, LAD, SF and Oakland. 6 total. Yet, I can go into any major sportsbook area of the casinos in Las Vegas and there are all the games to be seen!! Circa is outstanding!
Now, MLB is floating the idea of moving the Oakland A's here......the worst team in baseball capable of setting the record for most losses in a 162 game season (121) to a place where winners (Golden Knights) are worshiped and losers (like the Raiders, UNLV) are ignored by the locals.
Genius ideas do not seem to be flowing out of the luxury corporate boxes for MLB right now........
Didn’t even think about the fact that Sportsbooks manage to skirt blackout rules with the Vegas ridiculousness. That is indeed something. MLB as a corporate entity certainly makes some decisions that make you scratch your head. Thanks for listening!
